Premium client service is our mandate, and that doesn’t end the day your renovation wraps. All home renovations have a three-year warranty on workmanship and if you contact our team, we get back to you same-day. No matter what, we stand behind our work, and if there is a problem, we make it right.
Our ProcessYour house, your way: a two-step process.
Consultation + Ideation
Whether it’s by phone or in person, our first meeting is about hearing you and understanding the problem you’re trying to solve. Once we have a good grasp of your needs, vision, and scope of work, we’ll provide an estimate. For large renovations or building projects, a service fee will be charged*, covering a comprehensive consultation. This includes a site visit, a detailed fixed-price quote, a breakdown of the project scope, options for upgrades or downgrades, and design renderings. This is a collaborative process and we’re in it together! We’ll be making adjustments as needed and keeping you informed every step of the way.
*The service fee is applied as a credit towards the total balance.
Design + Build
During the design phase, we want you to dream big and bring those dreams to us. We’ve said it before, we’ll say it again. You have ideas. We build them. So get inspired and tell us what you want and even what you don’t. How we collaborate here determines where we can take your renovation. From building upon your ideas to offering creative suggestions, we’ll move through the design phase and nail down exactly what you envision.
We know renovations can be stressful, especially if you’re living on the job site. Before we start building, we’ll help you set up a designated happy, construction-free zone. If it needs to change, just ask. During the building phase, we’ll keep you informed with progress updates and be available to answer any questions you have!
